Nonsense. No one using public shadow and safety driving will get close to L4. And will kill thousands needlessly when they start training accident scenarios. The solution is to switch 99.9% of that to aerospace/DoD simulation technology. (Not gaming architecture based systems since they have significant real-time, model fidelity and scaling/loading issues).
