Thank you for the response. But unfortunately you are doubling down on exactly the wrong approach and proving my point.
I know what Waymo is doing. The issue is the depth, breadth and fidelity of simulation. They are still doing mostly public shadow driving. The simulation supports that not the other way around. They also do not use a full motion simulator. If they had proper simulation, a full motion simulator and systems engineering the public shadow driving, specifically testing, would rarely be needed. As in 99.9% of the time. What % of testing is in the public domain?
And where have they released their test scenarios?
