You don’t build trust by using humans as Guinea pigs to learn accident scenarios when proper simulation should be used. Wait till folks realize this is where you are headed. And that their lives will literally have to be sacrificed, as well those around them, to develop and test thousands of these scenarios. And before you respond you use simulation 99.9% of the dev/testing needs to be done there. And the simulation needs to be far better than what you are using now. And you need a full motion DIL simulator.
