Tesla Driver Killed, 2 Seriously Hurt in Big-Rig Wreck

No mention of “autopilot” or “Full Self-Driving” but it appears that once again Tesla’s fatally flawed sensor system ignored a stationary object. The same system Elon wants to remove the radar for. OK . . we know the radar cannot determine lateral position well. Why isn’t the system designed to all the camera to override the radar if that system is better that this? Why would radar have to be removed vs the fusion Kalman filter changed?
Also, 210 is a highway. Elon said weeks ago he had l5 for highways ready. Why hasn’t it been downloaded to these cars?
How many more dead do NHTSA and the NTSB need before we follow the guidance by the USDOT’s own VOICES team?
